The show will be hosted by ragamuffin artist and television celebrity Anne Matumbi of Times TV.
Morgan Heritage band is on “The Strictly Roots Africa Tour” which apart from Malawi also includes Kenya, Senegal and Ivory Coast.
They return to Malawi after their tour last year when they left the audience upset, having performed using prerecorded instruments instead of a live band as the fans had anticipated.
The band later apologized to the fans who took to social media to express their frustrations. The group told the local media that there was communication breakdown with their promoter who did not inform the fans in advance that they would use back tracks.
This time Morgan Heritage will be coming with the whole movement of 17 people.
